All payments for classes, memberships, and services must be made in advance unless otherwise specified. Prices and payment terms are listed on the Site and may be updated at any time.

Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. Any exception to this policy, such as for injury or relocation, will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

4. Online Store – Products, Orders, and Returns

We may offer merchandise, gear, and other products for sale through our online store.

Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not guarantee that all product information is error-free. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders affected.

Order Acceptance: Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including inventory limitations or suspected fraud.

Shipping & Delivery: Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping method. Transform Jiu Jitsu Academy is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns on unworn, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect. To initiate a return or exchange, please email [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return.

Digital Products: All sales of digital products (e.g., downloadable videos or programs) are final and non-refundable.

5. Class Policies

Students are expected to:

- Arrive on time and be respectful to instructors and fellow students

- Follow all academy safety rules and hygiene guidelines

- Wear appropriate attire (e.g., gi, rash guard) and maintain personal cleanliness

- Not engage in any behavior that could harm themselves or others

- Failure to comply with these expectations may result in temporary or permanent suspension from classes without refund.

6. Assumption of Risk

Jiu-jitsu and martial arts training involve physical activity that carries inherent risks, including but not limited to, injury, falls, and physical contact. By participating in any of our programs or classes, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

You agree to release and hold harmless Transform Jiu Jitsu Academy, its owners, instructors, and affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damages that may arise from your participation.

All content on this Site—including logos, images, text, videos, graphics, and curriculum—is the property of Transform Jiu Jitsu Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
